Dear Colleague,

Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a frequent and clinically significant manifestation of Sjögren’s disease (SjD). However, diagnostic strategies, treatment approaches, and follow-up routines vary widely between countries, centres, and specialties. We are conducting a multicentre, international survey to gather real-world insights into the management of SjD-associated ILD (SjD-ILD) across diverse healthcare systems.

This survey aims to assess:
  • Current screening practices and risk stratification
  • Diagnostic tools and imaging strategies
  • Therapeutic approaches
  • Monitoring routines and institutional limitations
  • Structural conditions and interdisciplinary access
We invite all physicians involved in the care of patients with SjD-ILD to participate in the survey. Your responses will help us better understand how SjD-ILD is approached worldwide and may contribute to the development of future recommendations.

📝 Estimated time to complete the survey: 10-15 minutes. You can save your progress and return later using the same device and browser.

📌 Important: Participation is voluntary. By clicking “Next” below to proceed with the survey, you provide implied informed consent for the use of anonymized data for research purposes.

📢 Collaborator authorship: If you choose to provide your name, institution/hospital, and email address, you will be acknowledged as a collaborating author in the publication resulting from this project. You may choose to remain completely anonymous, we kindly ask you to indicate your country in that case.
