For our Cells team, we need a Lab Specialist for Bioengineering who is proactive and service-oriented. We are looking for a problem-solving team player that is constantly seeking self-improvement.
Job responsabilities
-Design of experiments and validation of results
-Management of molecular biology and gene editing techniques (such as viral transductions, CRISPR)
-Management of genomic databases and sequence analysis programs
-Knowledge of mammalian cell culture
-Manage analytical techniques
-Reinforce the continuity of data management and documentation practices
-Practice safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
-Degree in Biotechnology or Biology
-Ph.D. in Biology, Biotechnology, or related
-Knowledge of Mammalian cell line management
-Knowledge of PCR, QPCR and RT-PCR techniques
-Knowledge of electrophoresis
Preferred experience
-3 - 5 years of experience in science/research/industry
-Knowledge of extraction and purification of nucleic acids
-Knowledge of quality control
