Participants of the Instructor Qualification Trainer Training (IQTT) course can appeal decisions about:
1. IQTT application, and/or
2. IQTT course completion

Participants can submit an appeal to the GWO Head of Training Development via the form below, as part of the GWO IQTT Appeal Process. It will be assessed in relation to the Application Criteria described in the IQT Standard, as well as the IQTT Participant Performance Assessment Form (PPAF).
If the appeal is regarding (1) IQTT application, a participant must appeal the outcome of the IQTT application no later than 14 days prior to the course start date. This allows for any reversal of the original decision to be implemented in time for the applicant to attend the course at the first date.
If the appeal is regarding (2) IQTT course completion, we advise that participants first discuss the issue with the person responsible for the course and try to resolve the issue verbally. If resolution is not reached, an appeal can be submitted no later than five weeks after the end of the IQTT course.
On submission of this form, the appeal will be processed within 5 business days and participants will be contacted with our decision. If any additional information or supporting documentation is required, we will reach out via email.

1. Personal data will be collected and processed only to the extent necessary for the investigation and in accordance with GWO’s privacy policy.
2. Information shall be treated as confidential and shared only to the extent necessary with individuals and parties involved in the investigation.
3. Any sensitive information shall be handled with discretion to protect the interests of all parties involved
