2016 Main Street Trends Survey |

Thank you for participating in our annual National Main Street Trends Survey.
The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete. After completing the survey you will automatically be entered into a raffle for one of three prizes:
- One person will receive paid registration to the 2016 Main Street Now Conference in Milwaukee
- Two winners will each receive a ticket to the Big Bash
