The purpose of this survey is to find out what parents of high school students in Weld County think about alcohol use among youth in their community and how they address this issue with their teens.
The survey is voluntary and anonymous.
Please complete this survey with one child in high school in mind. You can take this survey more than once for each child that is in high school. Responses will be summarized by Weld County Prevention Partners so communities can plan effective prevention strategies for youth and their families.
This survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
