Location Decision Making Survey

Please complete the following Location Decision Making Survey.  It is important that we receive as many completed surveys as possible so we can better understand what young people are looking for in a place to live and work.

The information collected in this survey may be shared in research papers and/or presentation.  Your participation in this survey is voluntary and confidential.  Your responses will be combined with the responses of all other participants and you will not be individually identified on any report prepared.
