Thank you for attending the 42nd World Small Animal Veterinary Association World Congress (WSAVA 2017) held in Copenhagen, Denmark on 25-28 September 2017.

Before 26 October 2017:
1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. Save the certificate to your computer, then fill-in and retain for your personal records.
