Thank you for attending the 43rd World Small Animal Veterinary Association World Congress and 9th FASAVA Congress (WSAVA/FASAVA 2018) held in Singapore on 25-28 September 2018.

Before 26 October 2018:
1. Complete the anonymous online evaluation.
2. Complete the credit claim form and submit.
3. Save the certificate to your computer, then fill-in and retain for your personal records.
