Major Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Maintenance & Overhauling of Centrifugal pumps, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressor, Positive Displacement Pumps and Product handling conveyors
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance activities
  • Knowledge of alignment recording and corrective actions for its improvement
  • Knowledge of recording clearances with precision measuring tools
  • Provide effective implementation of guidelines provided and ensure maintenance quality and improve plant relaibility in jobs executed
  • Recommend to Sub Engineers the relevant spare parts that should be available before hand prior to undertake the maintenance activity.
  • Participation in the Shop Floor meetings
  • Participation in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before the execution of critical jobs involving high risks and communication of risks and their respective mitigation measures to concerned interfaces
