This Flight enables teachers to borrow the materials you need, and present the WOW! lesson yourself, if we are unable to schedule one of our volunteers.

Teachers can also borrow STEM items to use in your classrooms…we offer things like beakers and graduated cylinders, microscopes and magnifying glasses, K'Nex kits, periodic table tiles, and much more.
 


WOW! on Wheels can be delivered to you and we’ll pick it up from you when you’re done.
Deliveries typically limited to a 35 mile radius of WPAFB.

With WOW! on Wheels you can borrow a complete WOW! lesson with all materials needed, as well as a copy of our WOW! lesson plan.
You can also borrow any of our STEM supplies for your own lesson.

- Lesson Kits - They will come complete for a WOW! lesson. (See WOW! in the Classroom for a summary of the lesson.)

- Materials and Equipment - These are the every day items you may need for your Science classroom.

- Educational Activities - These are items items that would be great for demonstrations, stations or small group work, or individual learning.

- Children's Literature and DVD's

- STEM Labs - Our Labs do not include a WOW! lesson plan but do include suggested activities either written by the manufacturer or designed by teachers and WOW! staff.


- All scheduling is based on availability of supplies.
- Materials will be delivered on Tuesday and picked up on Thursday of the following week. Adjustments can be made.
- The operational radius of WOW! on Wheels is 35 miles from WPAFB.
