Success Circles Application

Women of Color are starting businesses at higher rates than other groups, yet receive less capital, have fewer exits, and produce less income for owners. While there have been innovative capital solutions in recent years, capital constraint remains a defining issue for Women of Color entrepreneurs and one that limits their growth potential.

We created the Success Circles program to leverage the expertise and social capital within our network to help the Women of Color entrepreneurs who are selected through this program, overcome the capacity-constraint challenges that create barriers to growth. By removing these barriers, we believe we can help them get on a trajectory to grow, scale and exit.

We at IFEL pride ourselves in the nearly 20 years of service in support of these small business owners, and the greater communities they represent.
