Please complete the following:
2013 AGS COMMITTEE SERVICE APPLICATION. Unless you are applying for a Re-appointment to a Committee, to complete your application, you will also be required to submit the following by December 16, 2013:
Two letters of support from current AGS Board and/or Committee members.
A 2-page biographical sketch or short curriculum vitae
