1. Introduction

This survey is designed to help employees and employers, and increase public understanding of changing trends in employee transportation and commuting.
 
Anyone can fill out the survey. By completing the survey, you can enter into a drawing for one of five $100 Amazon gift cards, and participants will also receive survey results by email so they can see how their employer compares to others.
 
Participants will be kept confidential, and employers will be anonymized.
 
Most of the questions are a simple yes and no questions. The survey should take less than ten minutes to complete. You may skip questions you do not know the answer to, but please try to answer to the best of your ability.
