The self-assessment is created to help you focus on the key learning activities that will help you develop your knowledge, skills, and behaviors as you start your Leadership Development journey.

Try to avoid overthinking the questions, but rather go with your first instinct.  There are no right or wrong answers, only the opportunity for you to evaluate yourself.

This document is for your records and it is your choice whether you share the results with your manager, although it is recommended that you do so to help direct your development.

When reviewing your scores at the end of the survey, don't forget to print or screenshot your results.
