ASCO Guideline Topic Nomination and Evidence Submission Form

Thank you for assisting the ASCO Evidence Based Medicine Committee (EBMC) in identifying evidence or potential topics for guideline development. The EBMC has delegated the identification and prioritization of guideline topics to Guideline Advisory Groups (AGs). There are currently Advisory Groups for Breast Cancer, Gastrointestinal Cancer, Genitourinary Cancer, Gynecologic Cancer, Head and Neck Cancer, Hematologic Malignancies, Multi-Site, Resource Stratification, Supportive Care, Survivorship, and Thoracic Cancer. The AGs will consider topics suggested by the ASCO membership when revisiting current priorities.  Each summer the AGs will review and prioritize the submitted topics. In the fall, the EBMC will review and approve the list for the upcoming year.
