Thank you for your interest in Pledging to be a Whole Body Donor. Our services are free to our families and this information will be the 1st step in becoming a donor. After passing we will need to review Medical history to see if you can be accepted into any programs currently running. This basic information will get the process started and make this transition easier when the time comes. UTN will provide electronic pledge information that you can share with your loved ones. United Tissue Network is only accepting donors in Arizona and Florida at this time.
