The Walter and Eliza Hall Institute Secondary School Work Experience Program provides year 10 students with an opportunity to discover what it is like to be a scientist working in medical research.

Students, 15 years or over, are welcome to apply for either or both of the program intake weeks, but successful applicants will only be offered a position for one of the weeks. Students selected for the program are expected to attend the full week of work experience, approximately 9am-4pm each day for the 5 days.
