This survey aims to collect information on operations and maintenance (O&M) practices—especially cleaning activities—within wastewater collection systems. The results will help establish benchmarks for agencies and professional organizations.

Confidentiality and Data Use
- All responses will be used for research purposes only.
- Data will not be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law.
- Published results will not identify individual utilities.
- Utilities will be grouped anonymously by size and other characteristics.
