Submission Form
This form is to submit Continuing Accessibility Education Credits (CAECs) for the IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification program. - Have you gathered your activities?
- Are your activities organized into either professional development or sharing your knowledge?
- Save time and effort by submitting your professional development in one form and your sharing your knowledge activities in another.
- You do not need to submit each activity as a separate form, please save yourself the time and effort by submitting one form for each group of professional development or sharing your knowledge requests.
- Are your activities organized into either professional development or sharing your knowledge?
- Have you calculated how many CAECs you will request for each activity?
- You must provide the calculated CAECS you are requesting

- Is your supporting documentation saved in one of the five accepted document formats?
- Please consider combining multiple activities into one submission.
- You can combine your activities and supporting documentation into one PDF/document.
- 16 MB limit for all documents per submission.

- You must provide verifiable supporting documentation of your participation in all CAEC activities
- We must have auditable, credible, and verifiable documentation of activities that qualify for the CAECs we grant
- Submissions with NO supporting documentation will be rejected.

- For on-demand programs, create a screen capture of the start page and URL of the event as your supporting documentation.
- PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPG, and JPEG files are supported. The max file size accepted is 16 MB per submission.
- Please consider combining multiple activities into one submission.
Please note our goal is to send CAEC updates during the first three weeks of the following month from the date of submission.
