2019 marks the fifth year of the WasteMINZ Awards for Excellence.  These awards are presented at the WasteMINZ Conference Gala Dinner on 25 September 2019, in Hamilton.

The awards were developed in response to feedback from members that WasteMINZ is well placed to recognise the many successes and advances made nationally, across our waste and contaminated land sectors.
 
Please use this form to apply for the following awards:
 
1. Best waste or recycling project or initiative
2. Best contaminated land management project or initiative
 
Entries will be judged according to the following criteria:

Leadership:
Demonstrates a clear vision and objectives
Motivates and inspires others in the sector

Innovation:
Demonstrates innovative approaches
Presents an effective solution to a recognised problem

Results:
Demonstrates positive and effective impact on the quality of service to customers and communities

Entry criteria for judged awards:

The WasteMINZ Awards of Excellence are open to all WasteMINZ members.

If the initiative involved multiple parties, a WasteMINZ member must have led or had significant involvement.
