In order to help us plan future programs, before you leave we would appreciate your completing this survey. The survey is divided into two parts. Your responses to the questions 1-3 are needed because the National Science Foundation, the major supporter of the Program, has asked us to provide data about the Program’s participants each year. Responding to these questions is optional, but it would be helpful for us to have this information when making our annual report to NSF.
