Professional (multi-stakeholder) Questions

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside is asking those with experience of children and young people’s mental health services to share their views to help inform a new plan.

The engagement is designed to understand more about what people feel currently works well in these services, where there are opportunities for improvement, and where potential barriers to access might exist.  Children and young people have supported this process.

We'd like to hear from you as a professional working in this area. Every person’s view and experiences are valuable. You don't need to answer every question, but each response is important to us.

Your responses are anonymous. Please don’t share any personal information or details about yourself.

You can read NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Privacy Notice at Privacy Notice - NHS Cheshire and Merseyside

The survey should take about ten minutes to complete.

Thank you.
