Enrolment form for training centers

Please use this form to enrol your Training Centre as a reference centre for ESOR's Visiting Scholarship Programme 2027. Reference centres will be able to host an ESOR Scholar for three months in the second half of 2027.
Please note that, in order to become an ESOR Reference Centre, your Training Centre must be located in Europe. Once we receive your application, your Training Centre will be published on the ESOR Website as a Reference Centre and applicants to the Visiting Scholarship Programme 2027 will be able to select your Centre under their preferred radiological subspecialty (topic). Training Centres are encouraged to enrol under multiple topics.

If you wish to become an ESOR Reference Centre for the ESOR Visiting Scholarship Programme 2027, we must receive your enrolment form by Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at the latest.

Prerequisites:
  • An existing modular training programme
  • An assigned tutor for each modular training programme

27. In order to become an ESOR Reference Centre, we ask that you read through and accept ESOR's Terms and Conditions of the selection and assignment of grant winners.
  • All applications received will be reviewed by an independent ESOR Evaluation Committee formed by members of the ESOR Steering and Programme Planning Committees.
  • Based on the results obtained during the evaluation process, the ESOR Scientific & Educational Director will select and assign the highest scored candidates from as many different countries as possible to as many different Reference Centres as possible based on geographic spread, gender balance, and balance between subspecialty topics.

Each successful applicant will receive a grant which contributes towards their travel, accommodation, and bureaucracy costs. The training itself shall be offered for free by the Reference Centre.
If your Reference Centre is selected by a successful applicant, ESOR will contact you with more information on the organisation and procedures required before Summer 2027.
