This form is for the period commencing January to December 2024. To complete this form, please have the following ready:
  • A current artist CV for each applicant (or a group bio and history for group exhibition)
  • up to 10 high quality images of relevant artwork (each image to be 300dpi JPG format not exceeding 2MB each
  • numbered image list identifying the following:
    1. artist name
    2. title of work
    3. medium
    4. dimensions (HxWxD)
    5. photographer details.
