This form is for the period commencing January to December 2024. To complete this form, please have the following ready:

A current artist CV for each applicant (or a group bio and history for group exhibition)
up to 10 high quality images of relevant artwork (each image to be 300dpi JPG format not exceeding 2MB each
numbered image list identifying the following:

3. medium
4. dimensions (HxWxD)
5. photographer details.
