The North Simcoe Muskoka Palliative Care Network and its partners provide palliative care services in our North Simcoe Muskoka region. We would like to hear about your caregiving experience. Sharing your story may help us improve our care and support. The information you provide will help us understand what we are doing well and what we can improve.
