Pulse Point Verified Responder Application

Use this form to apply for Verified Responder status

Verified Responder Pro and Registered CPR Responder status is granted by the Saratoga County Office of Emergency Services. The purpose of VR status is to alert professional responders to cardiac arrests in private locations (public Pulse Point users are only alerted to public locations). VR-Pro is for members of EMS, fire and law enforcement agencies. Registered CPR Responder status is for doctors, nurses, CERT team members, public employees, security personnel, and neighborhood watch members. Once this application is reviewed, you will receive an email invite to enroll as a Verified Responder. You must open the email on the phone you have Pulse Point installed on.

NOTE: if you already hold VR status and have replaced your phone, do not use this form. Instead, send an email to mmcevoy@saratogacountyny.gov and let Mike know. He will deactivate your old phone and send you an activation email for your new phone.
