Pulse Point Registered CPR Responder Application

Use this form to apply for Registered CPR Responder status

Registered CPR Responder status is granted by the Saratoga County Office of Emergency Services. The purpose is to alert medical professionals such as nurses and physicians to cardiac arrests in both public and private locations (public Pulse Point users are only alerted to public locations). Once this application is reviewed, you will receive an email invite to enroll as a Registered CPR Responder. You must open the email on the phone you have Pulse Point installed on.

NOTE: if you already hold Registered CPR Responder status and have replaced your phone, do not use this form. Instead, send an email to mmcevoy@saratogacountyny.gov and let Mike know. He will deactivate your old phone and send you an activation email for your new phone.
