VON remains dedicated to continually improving the tools and services that we offer our members to help you improve the quality and safety of care for newborn infants and their families. In an effort to better align our services with many of our member centers who have embraced green initiatives, we're working to understand the role of hard copy printed materials in your center's internal processes. With the ability to now immediately deliver Annual Reports via the VON Nightingale reporting system in a shareable and printable PDF format, we have heard from some members that the physical mailing of Annual Reports and Manuals of Operations may no longer be desirable. The survey below will take approximately 2-3 minutes to complete, but will provide valuable feedback as to whether we should continue printing and mailing these documents annually.
