August 10th is the deadline to register for a vendor table

 
Vendor tables are $150 for one six table ($50.00 non-profit discount is available)
 
Exhibitor Policies:
• Pre-approved, registered exhibitors
• Do not bring your own table 
• Cancellations with appropriate notice will be handled case-by-case
• Nothing containing alcohol (i.e. hand sanitizer)
• Stay behind or beside tables – do not come out in front of tables to approach guests
• Nothing staked into ground
• Electricity will NOT be provided
• Exhibit area will be closed during formal program (11-11:30)
• Exhibitor Set-up: 9:00 - 9:45 a.m.; Tear-down any time after 12 pm; Must be completely out by 2 pm
• Keep exhibitor area clean and free of debris and dispose of your own trash during tear-down
 
Exhibitors will receive:
• One six foot table
• 2 chairs
• Exposure to 500+ guests plus media crews
• Water, snacks and lunch
