St. Louis Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts (VLAA) needs your feedback to help us address a critical priority: making its services and programs fully available to everyone, regardless of race, color, creed, national origin, religion, ability, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, economic status, age, or political affiliation. The goal of this survey is to inform VLAA's priorities for improving its diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility practices. VLAA uses the following definitions for these terms:

Diversity is the ways that people are different and the same at the individual and group levels.
Equity is the fair and just treatment of all members of a community.
Inclusion refers to the intentional, ongoing effort to ensure that diverse individuals are fully participating and the ways that diverse participants are valued as respected members of an organization and/or community.
Accessibility is giving equitable access to everyone along the continuum of human ability and experience.

As you complete this survey, please be aware that VLAA’s mission is to provide legal and accounting services and related educational programs. We also advocate for our region’s creative community.

This survey is being independently administered and tabulated by a consultant. Your answers will remain confidential. However, if you would like to be eligible for our $25 Visa gift card giveaways, please provide your name and mailing address at the end of the survey.
