Keeping Nurses in Nursing: Service-Learning as a Means to Enhance Grit
Thank you for participating in my dissertation research survey! The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between service-learning and grit and their associations with retention in novice registered nurses. This study seeks to gain responses from those that have participated in service-learning and those that have not; as such, participation in service-learning is not required.
This survey is completely voluntary and should take about 5-10 minutes to complete. You are consenting to participate in the study by accessing and completing any portion of the survey, and you can choose to withdraw at any time. The risks are minimal, and while there are no direct benefits, your participation may aid in the advancement of literature related to service-learning in nursing education, grit, and retention in the nursing profession. Thank you again for your willingness to assist in my dissertation journey. Please contact me at email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
