Liverpool VCS Anti-Racism Self-Evaluation Framework Registration

Call for VCSE Organisations

As part of the Race Equality Hub Third Sector Diversity Project, we are inviting up to 20 VCSE organisations across the Liverpool City Region to take part in a supported Anti-Racism Self-Evaluation, delivered by Mabadiliko CIC, in partnership with LCR Race Equality Hub and VS6.

This is a self-led reflective process, supported by practical guidance and tailored feedback. Participating organisations will complete Mabadiliko's VCS Anti-Racism Self-Evaluation Framework, which supports organisations to reflect on their policies, practices, and organisational culture in a way that is practical, proportionate and non-compliance-led. The framework is a reflective tool to support your organisation's anti-racism journey - it's not an audit or assessment, and there are no scores or comparisons with other organisations.

What you will receive:

An individualised organisational report summarising key reflections, strengths, and priority development areas
A practical implementation document with concrete actions to support anti-racist practice
An invitation to a cross-organisational learning event on 18 March 2025 (optional)

This opportunity is particularly suited to organisations that are:

Actively working to strengthen their approach to race equity and inclusion
Seeking structured, reflective support rather than compliance-led assessment
Interested in practical, achievable actions that can be implemented within existing capacity

Timeline:

Organisations completing the framework by end of day Friday, 6 March 2026 are guaranteed to receive their individualised report. Due to capacity, reports will be provided only to the first 20 organisations that complete the framework.
