Hi there! My name is Jessica Lea Dunn and I'm a PhD Candidate at the University of Sydney.

The aim of this questionnaire is to research how Ventricular Assist Device patients feel about the design of their external wearable VAD gear.

We are hoping that at least 100 VAD patients will complete this questionnaire globally. The results of the study may be published e.g. in scientific journals, conference papers, book chapters or academic theses.
