Taking a look at G6PD Deficiency Population treated for COVID-19

Thank you for participating in this Foundation's COVID-19 survey. This Foundation was created to bring forth awareness, education and screening of G6PD enzyme deficiency for healthcare providers and the G6PD deficient population. Your feedback may help us determine if the G6PD deficient population has been uniquely affected by the outbreak of COVID-19. Please take note that this survey only refers to those patients who have been treated for COVID-19 and are diagnosed with G6PD deficiency.
