This survey is for those Graduands who are unable to attend AFTRS Graduation on 17 May 2024.

Please confirm your details and also let us know where to send your AFTRS TESTAMUR and Academic Transcript following Graduation.

The documents will be sent out via Registered Post so please provide a street address/work address as the delivery will need to be signed for.

The Graduation Ceremony is being live streamed and we will send you the link closer to Graduation Date.

A reminder that all Graduands must have completed Exit Clearance in order to receive their Academic documents. Please check with Student Centre if you wish to check your exit clearance status.
