The iPad mini Prize Draw is open to bona fide UK and Channel Islands retailers and their employees aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion
Employees must seek the permission of their employer to take part
Entrants must complete the Partners for Growth survey to participate in the prize draw
Promotion limited to one entry per person
No applications from agents, third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete surveys or corrupted entries will be not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions
Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind
The closing date for all entries is 11.59pm on 31 July 2015
All respondents will be entered into a prize draw to win one prize of an iPad mini, worth £230 No cash alternatives available. Delivery (to a UK or Channel Island address) will be arranged.
The first valid entry drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date will win the iPad mini. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into
By entering the prize-draw, entrants agree to their name, store name and town being publicised as part of Unilever's Partners for Growth category management programme
The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 28 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules
The winner's details (name and town) will be made available on request to those writing to "Partners for Growth Prize Draw, Unilever UK, Unilever House, Springfield Drive, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7GR" within ten weeks after the published closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE
The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion
By entering the prize-draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
