As part of the update of the Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan for Trumbull County, a needs assessment survey with major employers in the area is being conducted. We need your help in identifying existing difficulties that employees may have getting to work and/or challenges related to transportation barriers that your company has experienced in hiring or maintaining your workforce. We believe that with improved public transportation, local employers will be able to expand the labor pool and obtain more dependable employees (i.e., reduce absenteeism).

Specific corporate responses will be summarized along with the results from all other companies being surveyed as part of the study. If you prefer not to identify the name of your firm, simply skip the questions that would identify your firm (i.e., name, title). If you would like to become more involved in the Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan, please provide your contact information at the end of the survey and a representative of the consulting firm conducting the survey will contact you to arrange for a personal interview.
