As part of our valued member programs, Retail Council of Canada (RCC) is working to support retailers and supplier partners with operations in Ontario as they meet their requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the subsequent 2017 accessibility compliance reporting requirements.
RCC’s EnAbling Retail 2016 Program will provide education and resources to assist members in meeting Ontario’s accessibility laws to create inclusive workplaces for customers and employees with disabilities.
As part of EnAbling Retail 2016, RCC is conducting a brief 15 question survey of members to help inform content for our upcoming webinar series and provide our members with the opportunity to join RCC's Accessibility Advisory Committee.
