REGISTRATION for TTR2 Intensive 2020

REVISED PROGRAM SCHEDULE

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 5:00pm ET on Friday, January 31, 2020

A follow-up program to the From Tools to Relationships Level 1 Program. Refresh and update TTR Level 1 skills and capabilities. Continue to practice and advance communication and conflict engagement skills to facilitate interprofessional teams to develop safe, constructive working relationships. Develop strategies to motivate and influence colleagues, establish trust across differences of power, culture, race/ethnicity and gender and resolve barriers to interprofessional collaboration. Learn to leverage personal strengths and continue professional growth. (Must have completed “From Tools to Relationships” Level 1 program)
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
  • Refresh and reinforce basic communication skills introduced in "From Tools to Relationships"
  • Actively seek concerns, perspectives, and barriers to collaboration
  • Build confidence in team members
  • Positively influence and motivate team members to work well together
  • Increase awareness of one’s unconscious biases
  • Facilitate teams to establish trust and psychological safety in the work place
  • Explore differences of power, culture, race, ethnicity and gender
  • Model proactive conflict engagement
  • Leverage personal/professional strengths to continue growth.
This highly interactive program continues the fundamental knowledge and skills developed in the Level 1 “From Tools to Relationships” program.

This program blends virtual learning sessions with face-to-face learning sessions over five months. The face-to-face learning sessions are high energy and interactive with hands-on expert personal coaching to increase your skills and strategies.

Session #1 - ZOOM Learning Session - Thursday, March 12, 2020
Session #2 - Face-to-Face Learning Session - April 6-8, 2020 (arrive on Sunday, April 5, 2020)
Session #3 - ZOOM Learning Session - Thursday, June 18, 2020

Virtual (ZOOM) Session Times: 4:00pm – 6:00pm ET
Face-to-Face (F2F) Session Time: Arrive on the Sunday before the Session that begins at 8:00 am on Monday and ends at 1:00 pm on Wednesday.

We suggest that you book your flight into Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). All major airlines fly into Boston. Arrange your Dartmouth Coach (www.dartmouthcoach.com) round-trip bus ticket from Boston Logan to Hanover, NH. The travel time on Dartmouth Coach is about 2 1/2 hours.

If you decide to rent a car, please be sure to keep weather conditions in mind.

The best way to get to Lake Morey Resort is by Taxi. We suggest you share a taxi with other participants. We will be posting schedule of arrivals for you to connect with other CITs as we get closer to the Session.
