Welcome to the online application form for EF Certificate Distance Learning Courses. To be considered for a course you need to complete all sections of the application form. This includes the three essays (each between 250-350 words) on the following:

1. Reasons why you would like to take the course
2. Previous positive learning experience, and what you took from it
3. Any challenges that you expect to meet doing this course and how you intend to overcome them

Your essays will be given a rating of 'Above Average', 'Average', or 'Below Average', depending on how well they answer the question, and the supporting evidence provided. These ratings are used in the first round of selecting candidates. It is a good idea to save your essays in a word document first, then copy and paste your answers into the online form to avoid the form timing out. Please ensure that EACH essay is within the 250-350 word limit. (If shorter than that, your essay might be given an automatic 'Below Average rating'.)

Before you apply, you should read about the course content. You can find this by clicking on the courses you are interested in here.  Please note that you should have been working for EF for at least 6 months, and have the approval of your manager, before applying.

Although you can apply to more than one course at once, you will only be allowed to take one course at a time. This is due to the course workload, and to ensure that as many people as possible get access to these courses.
