Focus Groups: includes a group of diverse people that assemble and participate in a facilitated discussion

1:1 Interviews: includes an interviewer and participant, where the interviewer asks questions and the participant answers them

Mystery Shopping: a method of testing the quality of services by visiting/using channels (i.e., branch or contact center) and recording feedback and observations

User Testing: a member conducts a test or participates in an experience to provide feedback and ensures alignment to the original vision or intent
