Your Personal Data will also be processed to take photographs and video images involving the 5 Star Centre Initiative for use on social media, GAA website and training course information packs. Your Personal Data will only be processed for the second and third purpose if you have given us your explicit consent to do so by ticking the relevant boxes.

Will anyone else receive a copy of my Personal Data?

Your Personal Data can be accessed by County Games Development Managers and Games Development staff of the Gaelic Athletic Association for administrative purposes.  This will be done in accordance with our data protection policy only.

Your data will be stored electronically on the FlowForma system.

Who is Flowforma?

Flowforma is a “data processor” who hosts the database on which your information is stored.  We have an agreement in place with Flowforma to ensure your Personal Data is stored safely and securely.

How long will your Personal Data be stored for?

Your Personal Data will be held for the duration of your involvement with the 5 Star Centre Initiative and will then be securely deleted unless we are under a legal obligation to retain it.

How can I obtain a copy of the Personal Data held by the Club/GAA?

You have the right to request a copy of your Personal Data and can do so by contacting us.  This information will be provided to you within one month.
