What would make Sunshine Mile an exciting destination for you?

The Rio Nuevo Tax Increment Finance District, in partnership with the nonprofit Project for Public Spaces, would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions regarding the Sunshine Mile. Your input will help guide the design, land uses, and character of the Sunshine Mile through the drafting process of an Urban Overlay District (an optional zoning district). This survey builds on community workshops that took place in May 2019, all with the goal of transforming the Sunshine Mile into a vibrant, inclusive destination.

Our focus is the Sunshine Mile, the section of East Broadway Boulevard between Euclid Avenue and Country Club Road, and 10th and 12th Streets.
Your responses will be anonymous and the results of the survey will be posted on the Rio Nuevo website.
