Nominees must be employed by a public or private school or school system
within Colbert or Lauderdale counties in northwest Alabama.

Nominations can be made by anyone - students, parents, fellow educators, businesses, community members, etc.

The quality of the "why" matters! Please give us the details.

Winners will be selected by a committee of former educators and
community members, and will be based on your experiences with
this educator and what, in your opinion, makes them outstanding.
