Introduction to Survey
Through this survey we are trying to understand the experiences of individuals using Medicaid to access healthcare. We want to learn from your stories in order to more effectively advocate for quality and accessible healthcare.
This information will be used to identify barriers to accessing healthcare through Medicaid and will inform advocacy efforts by the Center for Popular Democracy and affiliate organizations.
Your participation in this research study is voluntary. You can choose not to participate at any point. Your personal identity will remain confidential in any written publications. However, your identity will not remain confidential if you choose to provide any audio or video responses.
