The Minnesota Credit Union Network, Montana’s Credit Unions, and the Wisconsin Credit Union League have developed the Tristate Mentorship Match Program. The Program is designed to build, grow, support and inspire credit union professionals in their careers and commitment to the credit union movement. The Program will coordinate and facilitate mentorship relationships for mentors and mentees.

The Program envisions relationships based upon commitment, common goals and expectations, and mutual trust and respect, in which both the mentee and mentor grow in the process.

We are seeking applications for both mentees and mentors and all are encouraged to apply, however not all applicants are guaranteed participation in the Program. There is a $75 participation fee for mentees which will be billed following acceptance into the Program. There is no charge for mentors.

Here is the Program timeline:

June 9: Applications open for mentees and mentors
June 30 (11:00 am CDT/10:00 am MDT): Kick-off webinar to get your questions about the Program answered
August 6: Applications closed
Mid-August: Mentorship matches made and selected participants notified
September: Begin your mentorship journey
