Introduction

Ministry and life bring diverse kinds of transitions which challenge a pastoral leader’s ability to thrive. This week-long residential workshop is designed for mid-career clergy and builds the resiliency skills needed to successfully meet the stress of ministry by exploring different facets of personal and professional flourishing and developing strategies for increasing one’s flourishing.

Once your application is received, it will be reviewed and notification of acceptance into the workshop will be sent as soon as possible but no later than a month before the workshop begins.  Registration and payment information will be sent after acceptance into the workshop.

If you have questions or concerns about the application process please do not hesitate to contact Holly Neal at the office of Continuing and Lay Education. h.neal@tcu.edu
