re: Queuing System

The Bannock County Department of Motor Vehicles is asking for the public's feedback on our electronic queuing system, Q-Less.

The Q-Less system was implemented in 2021 to reduce wait times at the DMV. It offers an option for customers to make a future appointment or they can join the virtual line by checking in online and receiving text message updates about when their turn is coming up.

The Bannock County Assessor's Office, which oversees the DMV, would like to hear from the public regarding their feelings about the system and what can be done to improve customer experiences.
