Trinity County is preparing an update to the General Plan and Housing Element. The Housing Element will plan for housing needs in the county through 2029.

Housing issues affect the entire community — renters, homeowners, employers who are seeking to hire and retain workers, and community members with special housing needs. The purpose of this survey is to identify any unique housing issues in Trinity County to assist County staff to craft solutions that meet the needs of everyone in the community.

This survey asks your opinions about current housing conditions, needs, and opportunities that can influence future housing in Trinity County. The County will use your responses to better understand and respond to the community’s sentiments about future housing growth.
