The Foothill's Merry Go Round Festival Committee is seeking nominations for groups or individuals whose accomplishments and contributions to our local community would be considered uncommon, worthy of imitation, extraordinary, and committed to a high purpose. The honorees are deemed to have achieved a level of achievement, service or contribution so high that comparison is hardly possible.

There are two categories:

1) Mayoral Honor Awards for Lifetime Achievement.

2) City Council Honors Awards are awarded to individuals, groups or organizations for remarkable accomplishments in a specific area.

Nominations must be submitted using this survey only, and will be accepted until April 1, 2025.
